ReNewed- The Challenges
As with all things manmade or God breathed, they go through times of weathering. Mechanical systems fail, water always finds a way to be where it is not intended. We face every obstacle with faith that God will always provide a way through and praise him for the stewards he has given us over the years.

About
The Stewardship
Bodies that are in their 30’s to late 40’s are considered middle aged. Unlike our bodies, building systems that are of that age are considered at the end of their useful life. “Contemporary” church buildings of this age are known for their leaking roofs, failing heating/cooling units, outdated/obsolete fire alarm systems, overgrown/dying landscaping and are often no longer a “right fit” for the congregation. These aging building symptoms are deep rooted and expensive to address. But ReNewing them is crucial to providing new life and protecting the investment that we have made. How then do we ReNew all that is leaking, failing, outdated, overgrown and no longer is the right fit?
