A building Committee formed in January of 2025 was formed at the request of the Elders and Trustees. In God's goodness he provided a group people with expertise in building maintenance and finance in this particular place in time to put together a plan.

ReNew our Home
At the request of the Elder and Trustee Boards, a Building Committee was formed in January 2025 to develop a plan to address the capital needs of our aging building. Through congregation surveys, Town Hall meetings and considerate/prayerful meetings a plan emerged that prioritized a logical and meaningful means to ReNew our buildings.
The Plan addresses the following items:

Renovations of the lobby to better accommodate gathering and fellowship.

Replacing all the heating/cooling units and the roofing systems that are currently at the end of their useful life.

Restore exterior door functions and locking,

Aging fire alarm systems, to better manage access and security in this modern age.

Updates to acoustic, A/V, lighting and finishes within our worship space.

Worn playground structures for our children

Outdated kitchen appliances and finishes for our fellowship.

exterior signage, landscaping and parking lots to provide a warm welcome to our community and our visitors.
The plan is a thoughtful, yet realistic, approach to ReNew our home.
