ReNewed- The Cost
The Building commitee have put together a realistic plan to cover the costs. A large portion of that plan depends congregational financial support. The Capital Campaign (Grace ReNewed) was created to offer members the opportunity to faithfully invest in the future of the church. By committing to give outside of the general fund, you can help fund this campaign and support the future of the church that God started on the corner.
Considering the Cost
The Building Committee also developed a realistic plan for how our congregation can utilize multiple sources, staying flexible to God’s will and His provision, to pay for this plan. As outlined in the spreadsheet on the following link, the plan is funded through three “buckets”:
-
A $110,000 bucket of reserves built up by the church over many years of saving and conserving on expenses.
-
A $200,000 loan to replace the failing flat roof system when concentrated preventative maintenance methods can no longer keep it going.
-
And finally, a $254,000 bucket of new funds to come through the three-year capital campaign know as “Grace ReNewed: Building our Future Together.”
